Making A Purchase

We use Paypal to process our online payments - a totally secure online payment system. Once you have chosen your items and gone through the checkout procedure, you will be put through to Paypal's pages and complete your secure payment there. You do not need a Paypal account to pay us with this method, you simply need your payment card.

When on Paypal's pages, there is an option to the left for clicking 'continue' and paying if you do not have an account. If you do have an account, you can look to the right of the page for an area to fill in your username and password and login to make your payment.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Shipping And Handling

Providing we have the goods in stock we normally aim to send out orders within 3 days, otherwise delivery can take between 2-4 weeks. We will confirm delivery timescales with you once you have purchased.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct delivery details are supplied at the time of purchase, as we cannot be liable for non-delivery of shipments due to incorrect delivery details being supplied to us. Should shipments be returned to us because of delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge the customer for re-shipment of the goods.

A delivery charge of £20.00 applies to all orders under £200.00, for all orders over this, delivery is free.

Delivery Schedule

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. Delivery shall only be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering.

UK deliveries will be made by courier or if shipping locally, by ourselves.

Exmouth Bed & Pine Centre does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged or broken in transit by Courier or for the product not being to the customers exact liking. We also do not take responsibility for products becoming sub-standard due to package tampering or delivery confusion.

Credit Card Security

Credit card payments are handled using the PayPal online payments system.

Privacy Policy

Exmouth Bed & Pine Centre does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

Exmouth Bed & Pine Centre wants you to be totally satisfied with your goods and are happy to accept returns in their original packing within 7 days of receipt. Products that have been opened/used will only be refunded if they have a manufacturing defect. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the original card with which the goods were bought.

Refunds due will be for merchandise only. Shipping costs and import duties will not be refunded, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
